In almost all cases some teams join the FSYFL late in the process and then can certainly catch up to the timeline. November – January 15th · Organize your registration dates and begin recruiting and registering your players · Decide on your team name and colors January 15th – January 22nd · Register your team on the FSYFL web site Registration Page and enter your players · Secure a practice facility · 50% of your player registration payments should be into the FSYFL · Start developing your Team folder (Hard Cards/Birth Certificates/Med & County Forms) January 24th · Issue out Equipment & Begin practice · Start to do your Team Photos · Start obtaining the final payments to FSYFL · Receive Jerseys from FSYFL February 12th – February 19th · Certify last minute additional players and payments · Attend Team File Folder Certification Meetings (Dates for these vary based on regions) · Receive FSYFL Schedules · Obtain final paymentsParticipating Coaches Only Section (Password Protected)
